An artist’s process is rigorous according to the artist’s own knowledge of their unique way of working.  It takes time and experimentation for an artist to get to know THEIR way of working.

Remember to be patient as creating a liberated learning environment may take time.  You might want to ask questions to see if you are closing the gap between your intent and impact as an ongoing reflection and what accountability of intent you have in line with impact.  Ask for support from other teaching artists and program managers.
